About the event
You are invited to join me in Kilkelly, Mayo, Eire for a 4 week block of beginner friendly Kundalini Yoga classes.
Every Wednesday starting 29th May at 10am, at the Old Courthouse, Swinford Road, KILKELLY.
No yoga experience required, suitable for any range of fitness and flexibility (adult only class)
Please bring your own mat, water and wear comfy clothing!
