Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a session for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and the session is forfeited. Exceptional Circumstances Clause I understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to exceptional circumstances (such as illness or emergency), please contact me as soon as possible. Such cases will be handled on an individual basis and may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling at my discretion.
