These terms apply to readings, courses, events, digital products and community spaces provided by Tracy Marie Cleary, trading as Wild Women Project.
Contact: tracy@wildwomenproject.com
By booking a reading, registering for an event, purchasing a course or digital product, or joining a Wild Women Project community, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Any additional terms specific to an offering will be made available before you book, purchase or join and will form part of your agreement with me. Any individual arrangements we expressly agree will also apply.
My Privacy Policy explains how I handle your personal information. Accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent required for particular uses of your information.
The terms in effect when you book or purchase apply to that agreement. Later updates do not automatically change an existing agreement.
My offerings are for adults aged 18 and over.
Please read the description before enrolling, including the format, participation requirements, dates, access arrangements and recording information.
My work involves oracular arts, spiritual practice, creative exploration and teaching.
Readings, courses, events and community participation are not a replacement for therapy, professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. They do not provide professional legal or financial advice.
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. I do not promise particular predictions, personal outcomes or results.
Nothing in these terms removes my responsibility to provide services with reasonable care and skill or affects your statutory rights.
Prices, currency, deposits and payment arrangements are stated at the time of booking or purchase.
Your booking is confirmed when the required payment has been received and confirmation issued.
The full course fee must be paid before the course begins unless we have expressly agreed another arrangement beforehand. This allows me to focus on teaching during the course rather than payment administration.
An agreed payment plan spreads the cost of the full course; it is not a subscription paid according to attendance. Choosing to stop attending does not, by itself, cancel the remaining payments while the agreed course continues to be provided. Statutory cancellation rights and the cancellation provisions below still apply.
If a payment is overdue, I will contact you and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before suspending access.
You may cancel a reading for a full refund by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before its scheduled start.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, my standard policy is that no refund is available, subject to your statutory rights and the fair cancellation provisions below.
You may reschedule by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. A replacement appointment is subject to availability.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking is treated as a late cancellation and the fee is normally retained.
No refund is normally available if you do not attend your appointment.
Please contact me if you expect to be late. A late arrival may reduce the time available, as I may be unable to extend the appointment.
You may cancel your course place at least 30 calendar days before the course begins and receive a refund of payments made, less the deposit stated when you booked.
The deposit is normally non-refundable because it reserves your place, subject to statutory rights and the fair cancellation provisions below.
With less than 30 days’ notice, my standard policy is that no refund is available.
Missed calls, choosing not to participate or stopping attendance do not, by themselves, create a right to a refund or release you from an agreed payment plan while the course remains available as agreed.
You may cancel an event booking for a full refund by giving at least 48 hours’ notice before the event begins.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, my standard policy is that no refund is available.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may instead request that the amount paid be transferred as credit towards another event. The replacement event is subject to availability. Any price difference will be explained before the transfer.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, no refund or transfer credit is normally available.
These provisions remain subject to statutory rights and the fair cancellation provisions below.
The cancellation policies above describe my standard booking arrangements. They do not override rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Where the law requires cancellation charges to reflect my losses, any amount retained or outstanding payment claimed will be limited to justified losses directly resulting from cancellation. This takes account of costs saved and reasonable steps to reduce losses, including filling a cancelled place where possible. I will not recover the same loss twice.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies to an online purchase, you may normally cancel within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason.
If you expressly request that a service begins during that period, a proportionate charge may be payable for services already supplied. The cancellation right may end once the service is fully performed, where the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
For digital content supplied during the cancellation period, any loss of the statutory cancellation right requires your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the right will be lost. Purchasing or accepting these terms alone does not provide that consent.
Some dated leisure activities may be exempt from statutory cooling-off rights. Any applicable exemption will be explained before purchase.
To cancel, email tracy@wildwomenproject.com with your name, the offering purchased and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the optional form at the end of these terms.
If I cancel a reading, event or course before it begins, you may choose an available alternative or receive a full refund, including any deposit.
If I cannot deliver a substantial part of a course already underway, I will explain the situation and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement teaching or a refund for the undelivered part.
I may make reasonable minor adjustments to teaching arrangements without materially reducing the offering. If a significant change affects your ability to participate, I will discuss the available options with you.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Participation is an integral part of my teaching. The requirements for each offering will be explained before enrolment.
Online events and live course calls may be recorded. Recordings can include participants’ names, images, voices and contributions.
Recordings may be shared as replays and may form part of future teaching resources, including paid evergreen products available to people who did not attend the original session.
Recording arrangements will be made clear before enrolment. Personal information in recordings is handled under my Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Accepting these terms does not provide unrestricted permission for every future use or replace any separate consent required by law.
I do not record individual readings or take reading notes. If your Zoom account and the meeting settings allow it, you may record your own reading for personal use. Please obtain my agreement before sharing or publishing it.
Participants must not record group sessions, photograph other participants or share their contributions outside the offering without appropriate permission.
Course access is offered for the operational lifetime of the course within Wild Women Project in its current capacity. “Lifetime access” does not mean a guarantee that the business, platform or course will remain available for your entire lifetime.
Where technically possible and permitted, materials and videos are made available to download for continued personal use.
If I plan to discontinue an offering or substantially change the business in a way that ends access, I will give reasonable advance notice and, where possible, an opportunity to download available materials.
This provision does not remove any remedy you may have if access ends contrary to what was reasonably promised when you purchased.
Where a replay is included, it is available for one month after the event.
Where downloading is available, you may download it during that access period and retain it for personal use.
Downloads are not guaranteed for every item. Any essential download limitations will be explained in the offering description.
Unless otherwise stated, my original teaching materials, writing, videos, recordings and resources remain my intellectual property.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the supplied materials for your own learning and personal practice.
You may not redistribute, sell, publicly upload, share account access or reproduce substantial parts of the materials for your own teaching or commercial products without my written permission, except where permitted by law.
You retain ownership of your own original contributions. Any use of identifiable contributions in recordings remains subject to the recording provisions and your data protection rights.
Participants are expected to treat one another respectfully and respect personal boundaries.
Harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, sharing another participant’s private information without permission and serious disruption are not acceptable.
Where appropriate, I will raise a concern and give an opportunity to address it. Serious behaviour affecting safety or privacy may require immediate removal.
Any restriction or removal will be proportionate to the circumstances. Refunds and outstanding payments will be considered fairly under these terms and applicable law.
For online offerings, you are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and access to the stated platform.
Please contact me promptly if you experience an access problem. I will make reasonable efforts to help resolve problems within my control.
Technical difficulties do not automatically remove any refund, replacement or other remedy available under consumer law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your statutory rights concerning services and digital content remain unaffected.
Please email tracy@wildwomenproject.com if you have a question, concern or complaint. I will consider it fairly and seek to resolve it with you.
Updated terms may apply to future purchases. The terms agreed when you purchased continue to govern that purchase unless we agree a change or a change is required by law.
